Ingredients:
2 tablespoons – fresh yoghurt
1 tablespoon – fresh cilantro/mint leaves or both (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon – grated ginger
1 teaspoon – chaat masala or ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
½ teaspoon – salt
¾ glass (170 ml approx.) – drinking water
Method:
1.Put the yoghurt, cilantro, ginger, chaat masala and salt in a deep bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of water. You may use iced water.
2. Blend it with a hand blender or use the regular blender.
3. Add the remaining water and blend it again.
4. Your refreshing drink is ready to be savoured. You may refrigerate it for an hour or so, you may pour it over a cube of ice or simply enjoy it at room temperature.
