6 – cashewnuts

2 – cardamoms
2 teaspoons – sugar
200 ml – milk
5-6 cubes – ice
1.Remove the cardamom seeds from the pods. Put the seeds along with the nuts and sugar in the small dry grinder jar and grind to a fine powder. It is important that you grind the nuts with the sugar, or else the grinding will release the oil from the nuts and make the mixture clumpy.
2. Next, add 4 tablespoons of milk to the mixture and grind again.
3. Transfer this mixture to the liquid blender jar. Add the rest of the milk and the ice. Blend well.
4. Pour your divine drink into a glass. Garnish with pistachio slivers.
