Ingredients:
1 – fresh lime, squeezed
1 tablespoon – white/brown sugar or sugar syrup or honey
½ teaspoon – roasted cumin seed powder
¼ teaspoon – black salt or rock salt or chaat masala
2-3 cubes – ice
Method:
1.Squeeze the lime into a glass. Add the sugar and stir.
2. Add the ice cubes (optional). Stir till the sugar is dissolved.

3. Add the salt and the cumin powder and sir.
4. Top up with drinking or carbonated water and stir. Garnish with mint leaves.
